I started with the Rec Soccer course as a way to hopefully learn to lead effective sessions without investing a huge amount of time. And it's been going really well. We've got a U7 group and so far I've been mostly pulling from lessons 1 - 3. The exercises have been excellent. Easy to set up and great for teaching them some skills and technique while keeping it fun for them. Also, the ideas and information in The Code videos has been invaluable. Wish I'd been able to watch those when helping coach my older son's rec team several years back.
