What kind of programs do you have??

We have two different kinds of programs in terms of payment. We have a subscription program (monthly payment) that is our program for mastering the fundamentals. With this subscription program, we will add a new exercise, skill challenge OR full session every week! To go along with the already extension catalog of session available.          Our One-Off purchase programs are exactly what they sound like. Pay once, for all the content currently in the catalog, and future sessions we plan to add on, and never pay again! These program prices will go up in time as we add more sessions! SO BUY NOW and get in while the price is what you see!




Can I use my mobile phone?

Absolutely! Our app is slick and allows you to download training videos, so that you can watch/follow along while on the training pitch! We do suggest wearing headphones so that you can clearly hear the audio while down on the training ground! (Also - watch out for our FOLLOW ALONG fitness sessions. Very mobile Friendly) 

Can I cancel any time?

YES - we have just one Subscription based program (Building the Foundation), which you can cancel anytime. Apart from that, all of our programs are one time purchases. Trial the program for 7 days before buying!  We want everyone in our training crew to be happy and feel as though they are getting GREAT VALUE!
