For Coaches/Parents who are looking to keep up with their player(s)! We will take you, the adult, through a 20-30 minute workout session that incorporates soccer skills and fitness.
A fun (and quick) way to burn some calories while either sharpening or learning some foundational soccer skills! There will be a new session every week!
How does it work? You simply plug in your headphones - hit play on your music app (compatible with Spotify, Apple music, YouTube music and many more platforms), and then hit play on our lesson in the app, and follow along with the workout!
This is a great way for coaches to get a run in before or after their training, OR for parents who are short on time and want a quick burn on a pitch next to where their child is training!
